SIX WEEKS OF CLIMBING-SPECIFIC TRAINING

CAMP GOALS:

Become a stronger and well-rounded climber
Gain confidence on the wall and in the weight room
Develop skills and knowledge in a variety of topics important to your training success
Figure out the steps needed to reach your climbing goals 


FORMAT

PART ONE:
One group meeting per week in TheFTR 

Monday evenings from 6-8pm
Each week starts with 45 minutes of training education (see below)
Each session is followed with one hour of climbing-specific circuit training and assessments

PART TWO:
One additional assigned workout per week, customized for your weaknesses and delivered through an online training app, FitBot.

This 1-2 hour workout can be completed using TheFTR facilities.
TheFTR is available to you during Front Climbing Club operating hours.
Coaches are available Tuesday-Thursday from 6AM - 10AM and 5PM - 9PM to answer any questions you have

This camp is designed to best meet the needs of women currently climbing V3-V6 or 5.10-5.12
OR who have a minimum 1 year of climbing experience
